Join Melissa Knepper and Karen Woodring, doTERRA Wellness Advocates at the Train Yard Gym for a class to teach you how to use doTERRA essential oils to optimize your health, well-being, and athletic performance.

doTERRA essential oils can be used as effective plant-based medicine, performance enhancement, pain relief, relaxation, motivation, and much more.

The class will focus on the following and will provide an opportunity to try essential oils:

• What are essential oils?
• Why do we use essential oils as athletes?
• How to integrate essential oils into your everyday fitness routine
• Provides and opportunity to sample essential oils.

Class includes a free sample of Deep Blue.

This Friday Happy Hour will provide an opportunity to learn about the benefits of doTERRA Essential Oils, relax after a long week, enjoy conversations with friends and some tasty treats and as always I will have plenty of wine. The theme for November is “Bountiful Blessings”

I will be sharing some amazing diffuser blends, there will be an opportunity to make a body scrub and scented pine cones. Guests will have the opportunity to create one “make and take” complimentary; additional “make and takes” may be created for $8.00 each.

Everyone that enrolls as a doTERRA member during the class will get an entry in the special doTERRA product raffle of the evening.

We will read and discuss a book titled “I am Worthy” by Desiree Mangandog.

The book and a sheet of roll-on blends labels sells for $18.95 on aromatools.com and is a journey with essential oils to build a strong foundation of self worth.

I will open my home on Thursday evenings from 7:00 – 9:00 PM beginning November 8, and continuing for 5 weeks (no gathering on Thanksgiving) to anyone that wants to join in the journey to make and prepare rollerball blends for support.

If you are not able to join in person, we will also be using the Facebook group to discuss and post our journey. 

The cost to participate is $8.00 per rollerball blend created to cover the cost of essential oils and supplies.
